Postage Domestic
My online shop offers affordable UK postage & packaging for orders via the Royal Mail and Parcelforce (tracked and insured) for higher price points. And for special delivery, though bear in mind that I live rurally with a limited Post Office service!
Please note, you can fit many more small mosaics into the one box. If the P&P paid is more than the reality, I will happily refund any surpluses.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification. Shipping takes approx 3-5 days from purchase.
Postage International
I offer worldwide shipping on request. I aim to have your purchase with you as soon as possible but cannot always guarantee a time frame.
I cannot be held accountable for delayed orders due to known postal strikes in the area in which the order is due to be delivered., and for any customs due.
Please be sure to double check your delivery address before checking out as orders placed with an incorrect address are not likely to arrive and unfortunately, cannot be refunded.
Local Collection
Collection from me is available by arrangement. PH6 2LB, in Perthshire
Returns
If you’re not in love with your purchase. Please send an email to info@katygalbraith.co.uk with your order number within 30 days of receiving your product. Returns must reach the studio in a re-sellable condition. Customers are responsible for any return postage costs. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
